Speedy Vegetarian Pasta

Ingredients

150g Waitrose Egg Garganelli pasta

250g Sunblush Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (from the deli service counter)

100g rocket

Waitrose Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Oregano Dressing (optional).

Directions

Add 150g Waitrose Egg Garganelli pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes or until just tender.

Drain thoroughly and return to the pan.

Stir 250g Sunblush Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (from the deli service counter) into the hot pasta with 50g rocket.

Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately, garnished with another 50g rocket dressed with fresh Waitrose Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Oregano Dressing (optional).[:en]Ingredients
