The tears of love are bitter-sweet, but if you turn them into inspiration for dessert, you will get a beautiful sweet for Valentine’s Day.

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar as you learn the foam. Add the flour and oil. Spread the resulting mixture onto a baking sheet pre-coated with baking paper. Put the tray in a heated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
The cheese and the sugar for the filling are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and the sugar melts completely. Grate lemon peel and add lemon juice and lemon juice. Mix well.
Crush the cream well and add it slowly to the cheese mixture. Apply the cream on the finished blade, straighten and pour the red gelatin according to the instructions on the sachet.
Then, with a cookie shape or a suitable knife, you can trim the “tears” and decorate each one appropriately.
