A “cheese cake” may seem an unusual combination of tastes, but it is actually a very sweet dessert. Ready quickly and easily, without the need for special culinary skills.
150 grams of sugar
90 grams of oil
300 grams of soft cheese
60 grams of crushed almonds
2 tablespoons of semolina
60 grams of raisins
Method of preparation:
Beat butter, sugar and cheese to foam. Add egg yolks, almonds, rice, grated bark and lemon juice.
Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, then add the raisins. Finally, add the pre-shredded proteins.
Spread the mixture into a tray covered with cooking paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool down.
Before serving, cool the cake in the fridge and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can serve each piece of cake with a ball of ice cream, cream or fruit.
