For little time, you can easily prepare a dessert, which few offers. The curd offers great possibilities, but one of its most valuable qualities is that it is healthy.
Cottage cheese -300 grams
honey — 2 tablespoons.
Milk — 100 ml
gelatin — 20 grams
cold water — 1 cup
cocoa — 2 tablespoons
Method of preparation:
Pour cold water on gelatin and after 30 minutes (to swell), add milk, cocoa, honey.
Put everything on a slow fire and heat the mixture until the cocoa dissolves completely. Do not let it boil!
Then add curd and beat with a mixer to a homogeneous table.
Pour the souffles on the molds and put them in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably at night.
