2 courgettes
2 carrots
2 onions
Soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Olive oil 2 to 3 tablespoons


With the potato peeler, cut the courgettes and carrots into thin strips. So they will cook faster. Cut the onions in length and warm the olive oil in a deep pan.

Add the onion to choke for 1 – 2 minutes, then the carrots, which also sniff for about a minute, then the courgettes. Stir with pegs in order not to tear the vegetables, then cover with a lid for about 1 – 2 minutes, stirring periodically. When you see that the courgettes are well sour and are no longer raw, add the soy sauce – about 1 to 2 tablespoons. Stir well for about 1 minute and add lemon juice or lime juice. Stir the dish again for about 15 – 20 seconds and can now be removed from the hob. Serve in dishes and serve. You can consume white wine.

Notes: If you do not like the vegetarian recipe, you can add pieces of meat or pieces of mince. But fry it first and then add the rest of the products so that the meat can be cooked. Have a nice cooking.
