Truffles from tomatoes: guests will be delighted

We will share with you a new recipe from which you and your guests will just be happy! With tomato truffles you will offer an incredible, fragrant feast. They are a healthy breakfast, a non-traditional dish, lunch and ideal for a picnic.

2/3 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
1/4 cup macadamia nuts (or other nuts)
1/4 cup linseed
1 tsp. garlic powder
a pinch of sea salt
Paprika – to taste
1 cup of dried tomatoes
3 dates
1.5 tpsp tahini
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
6 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions :

Soak dry tomatoes for 30-60 minutes. First add the dry ingredients to the blender, whisk them for a few seconds, the table should be finely ground, but do not turn it into flour. Remove the tomatoes and add them to the blender.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix again until the mixture becomes sticky. Start making truffles from this mixture. You can use any shape, such as round and square. Put in the refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs. Enjoy it!
