Baileys is the most popular liqueur among the ladies whose home is Ireland

Baileys belongs to purely female alcoholic beverages, but men also prefer it, though they rarely admit it. It can also be used to make different cocktails and recipes, including ice cream temptations.

You can try these few Recipes to make Bailey home:

A simple recipe without eggs

1 canned condensed milk – 400 ml
2 teaspoons of coffee
2 packs of 200 mg of chocolate milk
180 ml of quality vodka
Vanilla sugar to taste.
Mix the ingredients in a blender cup and whisk. Let the drink stay for at least 6 hours before serving.

Homemade Bailey with eggs

0.5 l vodka
1 conserves condensed milk
400 ml of 10% cream
1 tablespoon of coffee
4 egg yolks
Vanilla sugar to taste
Beat the eggs, milk and vanilla sugar in a blender to a homogeneous mixture. Add the coffee and whisk again, then pour the crushed milk and mix until mixed.
Finally add the vodka and stir again. Homemade Bailey is ready, but let it cool for 3-5 days in the refrigerator. The storage must be no more than 3 months.

Chocolate Bailes

0.5 l of quality vodka
350 ml of 30% cream
1 pack of condensed milk
150 g of black chocolate
Vanilla sugar to taste

Melt chocolate in a water bath without letting it boil. In a separate cup, mix the crushed milk and vanilla sugar. Leave for 5 minutes and add the condensed milk. Beat with a blender or blender. Add the chocolate, and finally the alcoholic ingredients. Cool for a day in the refrigerator and then serve.
