Spinach cold soup – useful and delicious

A favorite cold soup in the summer can be even more useful. In order not to dehydrate but to buy extra iron, enjoy your holiday with a wonder cold soup from spinach.

Ingredients:

300 g of spinach
2 pcs. small cucumbers
500 ml of yogurt
500 ml of water
5 stalks of fresh garlic or 1 head of garlic
1 1/2 pinch of salt
Dill

Directions:

Brush the cucumbers in a suitable bowl. Cut the spinach. The pieces, along with the cleansed cloves of garlic, yoghurt and water, put in a blender and whisk. The resulting homogeneous mixture is poured into the grated cucumbers. Add salt and dill.
