As spring comes, the season of fresh products and spices also comes. With them you can prepare many things – from troubling to basic dishes. Today we offer you to prepare a roll of spinach – a very appetizing and light appetizer.

Necessary products:

About the bark:
4 eggs
1 baler
400 g of fresh spinach
180 ml of sour cream

For filling:
5 boiled eggs
450 g of white cheese
200 g of cream cheese
30 g sesame
3 tablespoons of sour cream

Method of preparation:

Divide the egg yolks and whisk them. Add a spoonful of flour in the yolks and mix them well. Spin the spinach and place it for 10 minutes in boiling water, and when it is cool, cut it and place it in the mixture. Stir well and then put the dough in a greased baking tin to bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the dough and place it on a damp cloth and wind it. While the dough is cooled, make the filling.

Mix cheese and cream and then sesame and sour cream. Remove the dough from the cloth. Cover it and put the boiled eggs on the edges and roll the spinach roll again. Finally smear with sour cream and sesame.
