The seasoning of the courgettes slightly fades, but you can still try a new, unusual recipe. This time the challenge to you will be very unusual. The combination of salty and juicy is an unusual dessert that can replace the main. All of this can be found in our recipe for a salty zucchini cake.
2-3 large zucchini
8 tablespoons of flour
(maybe vine leaves)
500 g sour cream/or cream cheese.
Little poppy for decoration
Grate the courgettes in a bowl, put salt in it and let them drain, then drop the water.
Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
You have to do 2 tests – for one break the 3 eggs with a mixer for a short time, add half the courgettes, half the flour and everything else, if it is not tight enough, add flour.
Thoroughly spread the mixture on a baking tray where you put baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
During this time, the remaining three eggs are crushed, and the ingredients are added.
The first paper blade is removed, the paper is returned to the tray and the second part of the mixture is evenly applied and baked for the same time.
Give the cake the desired shape, wrap the first blat with the cream (or cream cheese), then arrange the thinly sliced parts. Cover with the second blade and again a layer of cream (or cream cheese). You can decorate with a little poppy or green, fresh spices.
