Modern recipe for the classic tzatziki sauce

Even the classical tzatziki sauce can be made more appetizing with one or two additional spices. Do not be afraid to experiment! Culinary is not an activity but an art!


Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt – 1/2 teaspoonful
White pepper – For taste
Yoghurt (3.2%) – 150 g
Sour cream – 150 g
Fresh cucumbers – 2
Dill – 1 teaspoonful


Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic in a bowl. Whisk together yogurt and sour cream, then add the garlic and olive oil to the resulting mixture.

Peel the cucumbers, remove the middle part with seeds and chop it into small pieces. Cut the bark, mix them together in the sauce and get ready with a new, more delicious version of the tins. Above, if you wish, you can squeeze fresh lemon juice.
