Strawberries are one of the most popular and many-loved red fruits.
We already know the many benefits of this delicious fruit, and if you are a home-cooked sweet, we suggest you try this extremely fast recipe.
500 grams of cleaned strawberries
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 lemon juice
1 sterilized jar
First clean the strawberries and wash thoroughly. Cut and put them in a larger refractory bowl, then add sugar and lemon juice.
Stir the fruit well, place the bowl in the microwave and bake at the strongest temperature for four minutes.
Then remove the dish, mix the mixture, then bake for 15 minutes.
During this time take a plate and let it stand in the freezer. When you notice that the jam starts to boil, turn off the microwave oven, mix it and let it “calm down” before returning it to cook again.
After 15 minutes, the sweet will still be quite rare and check if it’s done by removing the dish from the freezer and putting a tablespoon of jam in it and then returning it to the freezer for two to three minutes.
If it stays thick enough, it means it’s ready. If it still seems rare, return it to the microwave oven and cook for another minute, then repeat the test.
Sterilize the strawberry jam in a jar and enjoy the taste of it all winter.
