Syrup Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of champagne (pink is a great choice)
1 teaspoon of sugar

Ingredients for pastry:

4 tablespoons of flour
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of milk with a low fat percentage
2 teaspoons of champagne syrup (which you have prepared in advance)
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1-2 drops of pink color for pastries

Ingredients for glaze:

170 grams of sweet cream
1 teaspoon of champagne
2 tablespoons of sugar
1-2 drops of pink color for pastries


In a small bowl, prepare the syrup, mix the champagne and the sugar, and then put them in a low heat. The preparation of the syrup takes about 3 minutes and the fire should be reduced to thicken the mixture.

There is a turn of sweets. Mix the ingredients and put it in the microwave at the highest temperature for about 1 minute.

The glaze is obtained by shaking all ingredients with a mixer. Once the pastry cools down, you can decorate it with glaze!
