Another quick recipe for preparing fish dishes will take only 40 minutes, but will gourmet you – a sensation and challenging taste.
2 large mackerel
500 g of carrots
150 g of greasy green olives
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
some olive oil
2 tbsp mustard
2 pcs. Bay leaf
Dill, salt and pepper – to taste
Cut the fillet mackerel and remove the small bones without removing the skin.
Grate the carrots on a grater and fry them in the fat with chopped garlic and olives. Put the bay leaves in the products. Flavor with mustard, salt and pepper.
Cut the skin of the mackerel with a little blade – make three diagonal lines, add a little salt and pepper.
The breathable mixture was spread over half the fillets. Put the other two on top – do not forget the skin on the outside.
Using a thread, sew the fillets in two places to form a burger. Put them in a paper tray, sprinkle a little olive oil on top and turn on the 200-degree oven. It’s only 20 minutes to cook the mackerel of this recipe and serve it to your guests with lemon and dill.
