The box is a few layers of fruit, flavors, nuts and divine taste. It sounds complicated for cooking, but in reality everyone can prepare it in your kitchen!


About Swamps:

6 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of flour
Packet of baking powder
Pack of vanilla sugar
Lemon peel

For the cold filling:

5 tablespoons of sweet cream
200 grams of powdered sugar
500 g Queso blanco/young cheese /
Pack of vanilla sugar
150 grams of raisins
50 grams of lemon peel
50 g of orange peel
150 g cherries
5 tablespoons of grated almonds
5 tablespoons of grated peanuts
5 tablespoons of chopped pistachios
100 grams of grated chocolate

For raspberry syrup:

500 g of sugar
0.5 l of water
600 grams of raspberries

Method of preparation:

Mix homogeneously a bake dough, apply it in baking form, cover with baking paper and grease well with oil. Bake 40 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. During this time you have to break the cheese, sweet cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

The next day adds the remaining ingredients (raisins, grated lemon peel, orange peel, cleaned cherries, grated almonds, pistachios, peanuts and chocolate) and put the marsh tray in the refrigerator the next day.

In the water, pour sugar, boil, lower the temperature, add the weeds and clean raspberries and let it boil. Stir continuously until you get a thick fruit syrup.

On the chilled blade evenly distribute the mixture of cheese and other products, sprinkle with raspberry syrup and leave the Sicilian cashier in the fridge for another 3 hours before serving it.
