Green Caviar “or even” Green peper and thomato dip”- this is what the native connoisseurs call the popular Malidjano. Take advantage of the season to enrich your traditional and prepare jars.
4 kg of green peppers for baking
1 liter of oil
200 ml. wine vinegar
200 g of sugar
800 gr ground walnuts
150 grams of mustard and salt – optional.
Method of preparation:
First: Bake peppers and eggplant. Clean them from seeds and peel. Blend and mix. Then put the warm oil and add the mixture to it. Go for an hour and a half. At the very end of the frying add the vinegar, walnuts, mustard, sugar and salt.
While raspberries is hot, put it in jars and put it in the water for 10 minutes.
