800ml of fresh milk
150 g of sugar
30 g of gelatin
4 sachets of whipping cream
100 grams of chocolate for cooking
Method of preparation:
Set the milk with sugar to boil. Remove from the fire and add melted gelatin, stir and return to the fire to melt, but you should not wait to find it.
