In many restaurants around the world, Caesar salad will be offered to you, but rarely by the recipe created by Caesar Cardini himself in 1924. Thanks to us, you can cook it in your home and even try a crap – they’ve ever consumed it with your hands!
5 crushed cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon juice
2 teaspoons of Worcester sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 and a half tablespoon of white wine vinegar
4 rolls of eggs
2 thick slices of home-made bread
2 tablespoons of olive oil
100 grams of prosciutto/or plain ham /
50 grams of parmesan
Dried black pepper
Cut the bread into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and ground pepper. Bake the pieces of bread for 15 minutes until it is dried, then let it cool down.
Put the whisk to toast for 3 minutes until it becomes crispy. Crush garlic cloves with olive oil and add lemon juice, Worcester sauce, mustard and vinegar. Stir well. Then add boiled egg yolks to the salad and stir again.
Serve Caesar salad on lettuce leaves covered with spicy juice. Add croton, smoked ham and parmesan cheese and sprinkle with ground pepper.
