For your good health, fresh seasonal products and adventures in gastronomy, you may not be so traditional. Forget Shoppe salad, try the fresh taste of the combination of cauliflower and broccoli!
1 bunch of cauliflower
1 bunch of broccoli
400 g fresh curd (cream cheese)
Optional: Dill, parsley, olives
Method of preparation:
1. Carrots and broccoli are placed in salted water and let them bend on low heat until they soften. It takes 10 minutes.
2. Put some olive oil in the pan on low heat and add the cooled cottage cheese. Spread 5 minutes before adding broccoli and cauliflower (large or small pieces – optional). Sprinkle the vegetables with the curds and let them fry for 5 minutes.
3. Before serving to add parsley, dill, olives or whatever else you like.
