Salad “Mimosa”: An attractive appetizer for St. George’s Day

2 big lettuces
2-3 cooked eggs
1 link radish
1 medium cucumber
Pumpkin seeds
salt, lemon juice/vinegar, oil/olive oil, pepper


Wash and tear off not very large pieces of lettuce. Cut the boiled eggs sharply, put the rounds of radishes and add the cucumbers.
The seasons with salt, pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil, and add roasted pumpkin seeds. They can be consumed with white wine or brandy.
