3/4 c. chopped onion
2 potatoes peeled, diced
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 to 3/4 c. soy milk
Salt (optional) and pepper to taste
Saut, onion in small amount of oil until brown.
Add potatoes and stir.
Add enough water to cover and cook potatoes until tender.
Add corn and soy milk.
Cook until warm and season with salt (optional) and pepper.
