If you are not as punctual at fasting or just prefer the unusual solutions of classic dishes, it is easiest to experiment with the starters. Russian salad fans can taste it in a more unusual version, but equally delicious!
100g of cooked and peeled potatoes
500g cooked and peeled carrots
200g Count Sterilized
5 boiled egg whites
5 boiled eggs
200g of cucumbers
50 g yoghurt
50g sour cream
a little salt
The individual proteins, eggs and vegetables are cut into small peas sized cubes. Cut the sour cucumbers into cubes. Mix cubes of vegetables, eggs, pickles and peas in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Season the salad with sour cream and yoghurt and leave it in the refrigerator to cool and the fragrances blend.
