Traditional Bulgarian cheat – baked roasted eggplant with garlic has an even more interesting alternative in Greece. There the green caviar also offers a wealth of flavor and taste that everyone will tempt.
Eggplant roasted and peeled – 2 pcs. large
Mayonnaise – ½ box, but maybe more if you prefer
Nuts crushed – 5pcs
Lemon – ½
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Pass the eggplants and the garlic until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Season with salt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the chopped walnuts and stir well. You can decorate with olives.
If you do not have mayonnaise, you can easily replace it with quality olive oil to taste.
