Guacamole is a food supplement, breakfast or salad, which due to its specific taste is popular all over the world and is typical of Mexican cuisine. The basis of the recipe is avocado. It is believed to date from the Aztecs in Mexico. Today guacamole is part of every modern Mexican cuisine, but it is also “well received” in American cuisine. New recipes include tomatoes, chili, pepper, yogurt, basil and various spices. It is a mistake to believe guacamole is an avocado paste, because you have to feel the garlic, the pepper and the coriander in the real recipe of the cheat.
Half a bunch of green onions
Half an asparagus connection
1 garlic (finely chopped cloves)
1 large hot pepper (finely chopped)
5 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
3 ripe avocado fruits
1 lemon juice

Heat the pan with a tablespoon of olive oil on a strong fire. In the hot pan place the green onion of finely chopped, asparagus (sliced) and half a lemon and fry until golden brown. Let it cool down.
Meanwhile peel the avocados and remove the seeds, then cut off the flesh. Cut the hot pepper into very small pieces, pour coriander and finely chopped garlic. Cloves can also be pressed in advance. Add to the cooled mixture of onions and asparagus. It is very important to see small pieces of avocados. Avocados should not be parasitic.
Mix with all the ingredients, then season with salt and lemon juice.
