In the season of early salads, if most vegetables are not yet in your pocket, we offer you a cheap glimpse. It is easy to prepare, as we love, it is also economical and very tasty.
400 g of raw peas / can and frozen
3 tablespoons of tahini
50 – 60 ml of olive oil
30 ml. lemon juice
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 spoon of horseradish
Take a blender and pour all the ingredients together. Pass them first at a slower speed, then at high speeds until they are good. Try to taste and add salt, pepper or lemon to your taste. The ready pasta is served with toasted slices, such as a side dish for roasted chicken, or as a glimpse.
Store in a glass pan with lid and polish with a little olive oil in the refrigerator.
If you want a lesser mixture, you can add a spoon – two water. If you use frozen peas, allow it to relax at room temperature.
