And to feel tired of New Year’s Eve, you will not deny this pleasure from the Greek cuisine. The recipe for lean soups of our southern neighbor is rich in taste and lightness, which should not be missed.
400 g of vine leaves
2 tea cup. Rice
50 g of walnuts
70 ml of olive oil
250 ml of oil
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
6 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
4 tablespoons parsleys finely chopped
1 tablespoon peppermint finely chopped.
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
hot pepper – choice and taste
Method of preparation:
Wash a nice rice. Cut the onions.
In a deep pan fry in the oil first onion and then – rice. Once the grains become transparent, add 200ml. hot water.
Grind the nuts and the pepper. Then add the mixture together with the spices to the fried rice in the pan. Cook it all together for ten minutes whiles stirring to avoid sticking.
When done, remove it from the fire. While cooling the rice mixture, cook in boiling water and stew for ten minutes the vine leaves.
Once you have drained them, arrange a few in the pot, and with the rest and the stuffing, turn fine little sherds.
Dilute the lemon juice with 300ml of hot water and pour the mixture onto the basins. Add the olive oil and put it in the oven/if cooked in a saucepan, put the lid and cook at a moderate temperature for 50 minutes.
