65 grams of cherries sour or berries (maybe more if you want)
5 tablespoons integral flours (wheat, barley or other gluten)
5 tablespoons poppy powder
3 pcs. bananas
2 pcs. eggs
3 tablespoons oils
1 tsp. baculus
Method of preparation:
First turn the oven on 180 degrees. While you wait for it to warm up, take the bowl and whisk the whites, then add the bananas that you have previously cut into circles and continue to crush until you get a sparkling mass. When everything is mixed well, add the egg yolks and continue to break with the mixer, slowly add the oil. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, leave the mixer, add all the ingredients except fruits and stir slowly with a spoon to avoid losing the volume on the table. Prepare a smaller bread pan and cover with paper (the dimensions should be about 25 × 10 cm).
First pour one layer down, then distribute one part of the fruit. Then, another layer, then again fruit and so on until you arrange the whole dough and fruit. Slowly place the tray in the heated oven and bake it until it is baked. It is very important to check the bread with a toothpick if it is baked. Towards the end of the baking season and if there is no dough on the stick, it means that the bread is ready. Wait for the bread to cool and then cut it. Decorate it with melted hot chocolate or powdered sugar.
