Tasty bruschette for Easter fasts

Fasting is a period of abstinence, purification, and exaltation. Only in thoughts, but also in food. But when everyone around you is tempted with all kinds of forbidden foods, it is quite difficult to resist.

Today we offer you a fantastic recipe that will not disturb your position, and at the same time it is extremely delicious. And most importantly – it does not require any special products, so you can easily prepare it anytime at home. And even the kids will like it.

Here are the necessary products:

Garlic or old bread cut into slices 1 – 2 cm thick.
150 — 200 g Tomatoes — can have canned, chopped, or a tomato puree
Salt – a pinch
Parsley – 1k. l.
Thyme – 1 tsp.
Basil 1/2 tsp
Riga 1/2 t.
Black pepper at will
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons


Cut the slices of bread and arrange them in the pan. In a bowl mix parsley, tomatoes, salt, spices, olive oil. With a spoon, pour a bit of the mixture over each slicer so that it covers.

Bake for 15 minutes on a heavily heated oven -280-300 degrees. Serve hot with a glass of white wine or other drink of your choice.
