There’s no better chicken breast recipe than that. Offer an interesting mixture of flavors, great taste and pleasant crunching. You can serve it as a quick lunch for the family or shame at uninvited guests.
Chicken breasts finely chopped
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 glass of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 ½ teaspoon finely grated ginger.
salt and pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
2 big eggs
1 tablespoon sesame
chopped young onion (for decoration)
In a smaller bowl, mix chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger and add salt and pepper. Put the resulting cooking mixture in place and mix 1 1/2 corn flour with 1 1/2 tablespoons of cold water. When the mixture is boiling, put the mixed corn flour, then lower the fire and mix constantly for about three minutes until the mixture is tight. Remove from the fire and cover with a lid to stay warm.
Place the vegetable oil in a larger frying pan. Put on the hot plate to warm up. Meanwhile, mix the eggs. Put 1 cup of flour in a separate bowl, add the baking powder and mix well. Put the chicken breasts first into the egg, then into the mixed wheat flour and finally put them to fry for 5-7 minutes. Once fried, put them on paper to allow excess fat to drain.
Put the fried chicken breasts in a bowl and pour the sauce and sesame over them. Decorate with the chopped young onion.
