4 pieces of white chicken
100 g of breadcrumbs
Sesame as desired
250 g of yellow cheese (maybe parmesan)
500 g of potatoes
Mixture of spices
Peel the potatoes, cut it into cubes and wait for the meat to be prepared.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated yellow cheese, sesame and a teaspoon spice mixture. Margarine melts completely. A piece of meat is immersed in the melted margarine, and then – in the mixture with breadcrumbs. Place the meat in the middle of the tray and when you cook all the pieces, pour the potatoes. Leave the remaining mixture with breadcrumbs evenly on the potatoes and marry it with margarine.
Place the tray in a heated oven 200 degrees and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Do not rotate the meat during cooking. The preparation takes about 30 minutes.
