A great recipe for lamb, which can be prepared with a few products. It becomes extremely delicious and is made really easy and fast.
700g Lamb meat
10 cloves of garlic
100ml. Red wine
100ml. Hot water
butter, pepper, rosemary, parsley, salt
Method of preparation
Cut the lamb into pieces, or you can use the entire shoulder or thigh.
Cut the meat in several places in depth, in the form of small pockets and put a clove of garlic and a piece of carrot in each recess.
Smash the meat with a larger amount of mustard, sprinkle with pepper and dry spices – parsley and rosemary.
Place the meat in a roasting pan and spray with melted meat or oil.
Put the rest of the carrots cut into larger pieces.
Sweeten and add water and wine.
Close the pan with aluminum foil well and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Bake 45 minutes, then remove the foil and turn the meat.
Continue with baking for another 15 minutes without foil.
