Roasted potato puree with cream

You are probably tired of the classic mashed potato recipe. You may have combined it with cheese, mustard or other alternative supplements. You do not know this option… And you must!


2 kg of potatoes
250 grams of sour cream
200 grams of cream cheese
1 tsp. Salt
Pinch of pepper,
A few cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of melted butter
½ tsp. Paprika


Put the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Stir the cream with cheese and add salt, pepper and sliced ​​garlic, then add the potatoes and make puree. When you get a homogeneous mixture, transfer it to a baking sheet, cover with foil and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the melted butter over the puree and sprinkle with red pepper. Bake for about half an hour. Serve immediately.
