Favorite onions are even more appetizing when we add cheese to them. You will not find it better to combine your favorite beer.
2 big onions
a few cut pieces of cheese (or replace with mozzarella)
5 eggs broken down well
Peel the onion to cut it into 1 cm thick circles.
Cut the cheese into thin strips. Then put one between two rings of onion.
When you make “sandwiches” with onions and cheese, put them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Each of them dip into flour, then in the bowl of broken eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Then repeat the procedure without immersing the flour – first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
Fan in heated fat until they get a nice golden tan.
To enhance this unique flavor, you can add a selection of sauces to your lukewarm circles.
