Fragile and irresistibly delicious fried onion rings filled with avocado paste (Guacamole). Recipe you have to try!

For toasting onions:
To prepare the avocado paste, first remove the avocado bark and paste it in a large bowl. Then, drain the lime and add chopped tomatoes, pepper, garlic, and chili, and mix well until the same mixture is obtained. Give it to taste.
Cut the onion into thick circles. Separate the onion circles and place them in a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Take a spoonful of avocado sauce and place it in the laced circles.
Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
Place the eggs, flour and breadcrumbs in three separate dishes. First roll the onion into flour, then dip into the broken eggs and finally into the breadcrumbs. Then fry in a larger quantity of hot oil or in the fryer.
Serve with tartar sauce or regular cream sauce and a little mayonnaise.
