A stuffed chicken roll is a universal dish. Aromatic breakfast sandwiches, a cold breakfast for lunch, a warm dish for dinner, and a festive dinner – it will find a place of honor there. In addition, it completely replaces sausages from the store, and even useful – even dietary.
500 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of pistachios
salt and pepper to taste
1. Remove the skin from the chicken, remove the meat from the bones and cut it into pieces of medium size. If the chicken pieces are slightly twisted, the roll will be incredibly soft and tender.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and fry for 10-15 minutes.
3. Peel peanuts, finely chop them and mix in the mixture of mushrooms and chicken. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.
4. Place the resulting mixture on the skin of the chicken, fold and wrap with a foil for cooking. The roll should be baked in a moderate oven for 50 minutes. You serve it hot or cold, but-best – pre-cut into pieces.
