Stuffed baked potatoes is a perfect dish for the days when the cold will stifle us and will indulge in traditional calorie delights.

 Necessary products

1 hour cheese (sheep) grated
1 hour parmesan shredded
4 large potatoes baked
2 tablespoons olive oil
150 g chopped bacon (or lard)
4 cloves of garlic chopped
½ tsp. pepper ground
½ cup of white wine
4 egg yolks and 4 eggs
3-4 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons melted butter

Method of preparation

Heat the oil at medium heat, add the bacon and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the garlic and black pepper and stir for another 1 minute. Add the wine and simmer until 2-3 teaspoons of liquid remain in the pan, then remove it from the fire.
Boil egg yolks of steam.
Cut the top third of the roasted potatoes, remove the inside and place it in a deeper tray. Add the egg yolks, bacon, half the cheese and parsley. Fill the potatoes with the mixture and squeeze them with a little melted butter. Put the rest of the cheese on top. Fill the filled potatoes until they become reddish. Remove them and put an egg on each potato. Return the tray to the oven and bake the eggs. Can be served with sour cream to any potato stuffed.
