8 medium tomatoes
pinch of salt
pinch of ground pepper
1 cup (0.24 l) breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic, chopped and mixed with a little salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil, and can be dried
1 teaspoon of chopped thyme
30 grams of grated Parmesan or Pecorino

Method of preparation:
Heat the oven at 200 ° C. With a small knife, cut a circle around the tomato handle. Use a scoop to remove the kernel of each tomato.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, then put them in a pan.
Mix breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, Parmesan and sesame if you use it. (If the mixture seems dry, you can put more Parmesan or a little olive oil.) Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture in each tomato.
