You can find the favorite Chinese rice in any bigger city. However, if you are on holiday, finding a restaurant will be a difficult task. Do not give up your favorite dish. With our wonderful recipe you will not be wondering what to cook today and will not deprive you of the pleasure of dining with your favorite Chinese food.
2 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs, broken
6 cups of rice boiled and chilled.
2-3 small onion onions finely chopped.
2 peppers finely chopped.
1 cup of peas or broccoli, optional
250 grams of shrimp
Salt and pepper
In a deeper cookware, fry the eggs with a constant stirring. When finished, add the pre-cooked rice, stir well and remove from the fire. In another deep dish, fry peppers, finely chopped onions, shrimps, diced carrots and peas. Fry the vegetables in 2 minutes. Add rice and omelette, soy sauce (quantity is optional.), mix 2-3 times and serve.
