If you have a cold or more severe virus before the holidays – also respond with a delicious, aromatic and very, very useful broccoli soup. With one recipe you will have a great meal and you will be on line for the party!
1/2 cup of oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 broccoli cut
4 cups of boiled water (is real chicken broth, not cube /
A few cubes of soft cheese
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
2/3 cup of corn flour
1 glass of water
Method of preparation:
In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the onion until it dries. Put the broccoli and pour in the broth. Cook broccoli for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature of the hot plate and add the cheese. Wait for it to melt. Then add the milk and garlic.
Separate the flour in some water to avoid lumps. Pour it into the broccoli soup and cook to the full, remembering to confuse.
Be sure to serve it warm to make its flavor and taste feel great!
