Courgettes are an ideal summer food that can be prepared in different ways. You can cook them, cut them in strips and use them instead of pasta, cook them, use them in various salads or make a light cream soup from them. Since zucchini contain up to 90% water, take the last meal as a delicious diet that is additionally hydrated by the body and helps you feel fresh.
4 medium zucchini
1 big onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tbs of butter
50 grams of sour cream
a little parsley
salt and pepper-to-taste
Wash the courgettes and cut them into larger circles (bark) and put them steamed together with the washed and finely chopped onions for ten minutes.
Cool the vegetables, then put them in a blender along with chopped cloves, cream, butter and olive oil. Sweeten and add pepper. Pass until you get a thick soup.
Serve with a spoonful of sour cream on a soup and toast the bread at will.
