Be a modern housewife, but enjoy natural products
There are no more tasty butter than what you can do yourself at home. Today we will be a modern host, and we will use the technique in our service.
1 kitchen robot or blender
1 – 2 – 3 – 5 liters of yoghurt, sourced in the home.
Once the milk is sour at home/You need whole milk, not the one that is sold in the store/, take its cream and put it in a bowl. Then pour into the blender/jug of the kitchen robot 500 ml of warm water. Add the cream that you have collected in the bowl and whisk for 1 – 2 minutes. Add one cup of cold water and whisk again for no more than 15 – 20 seconds. You will see that a thick foam forms on top of the buttermilk. If you continue to break even longer, within 2 to 5 minutes, you will see that a whole cluster of oil is formed. But if you worry that your blender or robot can burn, get the foam and beat it again. Then pick it up again. The dense foam is collected in a glass or porcelain dry container, where it begins to solidify while separating water. Finally, only the oil remains, and the liquid is poured out of the bowl.
You may have to repeat the procedure with the blender 10 to 15 times until you get the oil that forms as a creamy top, but the result is definitely worth it. Recall the oil patiently, with caution, as it may take a little longer to achieve the desired result. You do not have to break the milk to the highest degree, it is enough to use the pulse button. Whey from milk left after the butter can cross curd or drink chilled with children or friends.
