This delicious raspberry dessert tastes of original pancake and is cooked for an hour. Delicate, with an incredible aroma of fresh raspberries, it will satisfy even the most discerning connoisseurs of Italian cuisine! It is also in white and red – perfect dessert for the first week of March!
½ cup kefir
3 tablespoons sugars
10 g of vanillin
Method of preparation:
Half a glass of water is poured into the gelatin and left for half an hour.
Heat the table until the gelatin melts.
Mix with sugar (2 tablespoons) and vanilla kefir. Raspberries with the remaining sugar are broken into a blender.
Cool the gelatin, divide it into two parts.
One part spills on the kefir, the other in the raspberry mixture.
Pour the raspberry puree into the bowl and put in the freezer for five minutes.
Drag and drop on the kefir.
Decorate with raspberries. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool. Now you can serve the lazy panna cotta and enjoy the mix of tastes.
