Ingredients

4 cooked and peeled eggs
250 grams of mince
Salt
Cumin
savory
Pepper
Parsley
Egg – raw
Oil

Instructions

Mix minced meat with spices. If you have taken seasoned minced meat from the store, you do not need to add these ingredients. Divide the mixture into four. Take the eggs and cover each egg with mince to make it like a ball. Make sure the eggs are well wrapped around.
Once you are ready with the mixture, you can fry them in a hot pan until they get a dark golden color. Or bake for about 25 minutes in a heated oven. Served with a green or dairy salad.
