Fish meals with spicy flavor and crunchy crust

You can always relish your loved ones with meatballs, but to avoid being boring, surprise them with a taste of fish and a burning, unusual taste of hot.


500 g fish fillets
1 egg
2 tbsp corn flour
1 Onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. Chutney or appetizer
2 tbsp soy sauce
100 ml of frying fat


Cut the fish into pieces and together with all the other minced meat products, whisk them and mix them in a blender. The mixture should become homogeneous.

Heat the oil in a pan and form small meatballs or pour a large spoon into it. Fry on both sides and put them on paper or a napkin to drain excess fat.
