Zabaione is one of the most popular sweets of Italian cuisine. This dessert can be made in a quick and easy way, using only a few ingredients.
6 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
150 ml of sweet wine Marsala (or garnish/or brandy) or white dry wine
