If you want to get warm early in the winter, try some unknown flavors. You can diversify the menu at home with an aromatic chestnut cream.


400 g of chestnuts
40 g leek
40 g of potatoes
40 g celery root
40 g root of parsley
Salt, pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
150 ml cured for cooking


Fry finely chopped leeks, celery, parsley in a little olive oil. Then add the peeled chestnuts, pour water and boil for 30 minutes. Add the grated potatoes and spices to the soup. When everything is ready, paste the products and add the cream.
