Royal Delicious: Juicy Schnitzel with “Béchamel Sauce” (Video Recipe)

500 grams of minced meat
400 grams of potatoes
1-2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
2 tablespoons of flour (plus a little more)
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of red pepper
5 tablespoons butter (frying)

Béchamel Sauce:

2-3 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons of flour
500 ml of milk
200 ml of cream
80 grams of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon chili pepper
2-3 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of red pepper

Method of preparation:

Peel and grate the potatoes, mix them with spices, eggs and minced meat, and mix the dough for the schnapps. Fry them in oil and arrange them in a tray.

Prepare Béchamel sauce step by step as shown in the video.

1. Melt the butter, add the flour and milk, and stir until it starts to boil. Add the cream and stir for a little longer. Pour the grated yellow cheese, red pepper, parsley, salt and black pepper.

2. Pour the schnapps and bake them in the oven covered with foil for 30 minutes. Open and allow to roast for another 15 without foil.

3. Serve them warm.
