Necessary products:
Potatoes – 500 g
200 ml of fresh milk
1 tbsp butter
bacon or bacon
1 hot pepper red
yellow cheese – 100 g
parmesan – 200 g
1 egg
Frying oil

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes and peel them. Put them in a deep bowl and grind them until they get messy. Add fresh milk, butter and spices. Stir until it becomes mashed
In a frying pan, fry the bacon / bacon to gold and leave it on the kitchen paper to drain off the fat. Cut a finely red hot pepper. Add it to the potato puree. Add the already drained bacon / bacon. Season with parsley, salt and pepper, add the egg. Stir good.
Cut the cheese into cubes
Put balls with your hand, placing a piece of cheese in the center of each. Close it well, then pour into parmesan or other hard cheese, pre-shredded. Fry in preheated fat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Put the finished bombs out of the fat on the kitchen paper.
Serve with tartar sauce, lettuce or milk sauce of your choice.
