Pizza “Calzone” in the Spanish version – the favorite closed pizza on a new recipe

If you’re upset that your student prefers fast food in front of Mama’s rich breakfast, make him a Spanish version of the popular “Calzone” pizza. Thus, he will receive a loving meal combined with the taste he prefers.


About the dough:

500 g white flour type 400
dry yeast
3 teaspoons of oil
300 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar

For filling:

250 grams of mince
200 grams of cheese
100 grams of ketchup
1 small onion
chili or small pepper (optional)
olive oil


Mix dough from the products for it and leave for about 1 hour. When it doubles, mixet it again.

Fry onion in olive oil, add mince and finely chopped spice. Put some water and hold on to the hotplate until all the liquid has evaporated. Allow the filler to cool.

Divide the dough into pieces according to your wishes (depending on how much you want pizza you want).

Roll the pieces of dough. Sprinkle the pieces with some cooking oil, ketchup, stuffing, cheese and oregano. Well fold the edges so that the stuffing does not spill. Place them in a greased baking pan.

Bake the slice pieces in the oven for 20 minutes but 200 degrees.
