1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of sesame
1 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoonful of salt
Method of preparation:
Season the sesame until golden in the oven. Caramel the sugar and delicately add the oil, salt and vinegar and immediately mix everything with a wooden spoon. Add the seasoned sesame and stir again.
